How do I ensure my bread stays fresh?
To maintain peak freshness, store your bread in its original COBS Bread bag at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating as it can cause the bread to dry out faster. For longer storage, our products can be frozen for up to three months.
Can I place an order for same-day pickup?
Yes, you can place an order online for same-day pickup at your local bakery, provided the items are in stock. We recommend ordering at least two hours in advance to give our bakers time to prepare your items.
What happens to the bread that isn't sold at the end of the day?
At COBS Bread, we are committed to our community. Every single day, our bakeries donate their unsold end-of-day products to local charities and food banks to help those in need.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We offer a variety of vegan-friendly loaves and treats. While we do not have a certified gluten-free facility due to the nature of our traditional baking process, we do offer 'Wheat-Less' options for those looking to reduce their gluten intake.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Can I modify or cancel my Click & Collect order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact the specific bakery location directly as soon as possible. Because our products are baked fresh daily, modifications may not be possible once the baking process has begun.
